Because all orders are custom-made for your event, please review the following policy carefully.

Cancellations, Date Changes & Order Modifications

  • Requests must be made at least five (5) business days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

  • A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.

  • Additional fees may apply for date changes or order modifications.

  • Refunds for cancellations are only considered when sufficient notice is given and remain at the discretion of The Cake Trail.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us within two (2) days of pickup or delivery with photos, a description of the issue, and details on how the order was transported and stored. We will review the concern and respond as soon as possible. Any resolution offered is at the discretion of The Cake Trail and may be subject to administrative fees.
